How we actually work day-to-day.
Discovery starts with a written brief — your goals, your customers, your numbers. Not a pitch deck. We share it back to you within a week and ask you to mark it up in track-changes. The brief becomes the contract for the whole engagement.
Build phases run in two-week sprints. Preview URLs deploy daily. You see progress as it happens, in the browser, not in a final reveal. Every PR runs Lighthouse, axe-core, and TypeScript checks before merge — non-negotiable.
We never ship a hard cutover. Phased rollouts, traffic shifting, performance baselines captured before and after. If something gets worse on launch day, we catch it and roll back automatically.
And when the project ends, you own everything. The codebase, the design tokens, the build pipeline, the runbooks. We hand over knowledge, not black boxes.
